Delete your Alfaaz account

You do not need the app installed to do this.

In the app

Open Alfaaz, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. It takes effect at once.

Without the app

Send a request from the email address you signed in with. We will confirm it with you, then delete your account within 30 days.

Or write to support@getalfaaz.app with the subject "Delete my Alfaaz account".

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, profile picture and account ID.
• Your usage counts, notification tokens, support conversations and creator application.

What is kept

• Purchase records, for as long as tax law requires.
• A count of the free AI allowance used on your phone, without your account, until it resets, so new accounts on the same phone do not get new free use.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an Alfaaz Creators subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions).

Your reels

Your poems, recordings and reels are on your phone, not on our servers. Delete them in the app, or uninstall Alfaaz to remove them.
